No, no, Unforgiven has grown on me! I'm a big time Clint fan and I am finally seeing where it fits not only in his body of work, but in the Western genre, generally. It's not a pleasant, it's not one I'd watch for fun, but it is undoubtedly a good film.

I hated Dr. Seuss as a child. (Exception: Mr. Brown Can Moo.) Mostly because by the time I got to him, I could already read and found his work to be super patronizing.

I do love, however, how kids relate to his work now. All the nonsense words, and what he did with regard to language acquisition/reading. It was really revolutionary for its time.
