New Kitchen

For those of you who are curious, here's what I'm getting for my new kitchen.

The floor will be "Durango Whitestone" by Congoleum

The cabinets are Premier Kensington Square in white,

and the counters will be Baltic Granite.

I don't have any pictures to show you the tiles, but they're a very light, muted, earthy green and tan. I haven't decided how I'm going to install them, whether straight or diagonally oriented, but that's for the last step anyway.

Oh, and the faucet I want (or something like it) is this. I like that style very much, although I care more about the finish being the oil-rubbed bronze than the shape being psuedo old-fashioned like that.

So that's my future kitchen. Whee!

This has been a Bad week. I wouldn't say that everything has gone wrong, but it's been more challenging than I care for.

On the up-side, I have been relatively cheerful all week despite it being Bad. I guess the meds are working. ;-)

And, except for the laptop behaving oddly (computers can't be possessed, can they?) and the other computers being dead, and a few trifling other things that aren't going to go away just because it's the weekend, I am so glad it's Friday. This is one week that needs to end now.
