So, am I the only one who didn't get the joke when JK described Severus as sallow, not knowing that the word sevous means tallow (which is kind of like a pale version of sallow...)?

Also, sevidical means to speak cruel and harsh words?

JK is obviously a word (and etymology) junky.



And completely unrelated, a pregnatress is female power that generates or gives birth to something...

savethewords.org is cool, btw. I've already adopted sevous, sevidical and auturgy (self-action, independent activity... something that is a very good thing to train into children!)
