Just to defend Britain's NHS. I live here and while sometimes I do get crap care, the majority of the time I am seen straight away and taken seriously. Also, prescription costs are at a fixed price no matter what the medication and birth control pills are free. So all in all, while I complain about some of the NHS, I am v. thankful to have it.
