Oh, I'm sorry to hear that your closet isn't getting better. Have you (urgh) replaced the drywall yet? It may be the only option. Is it mildew or just dead air pong? (I assume that if there was carpet you have since ripped it out.)

I will be forced to leave this one open to air out as the paint dries, but I'm hoping I will eventually be able to put the door back on. I have a feeling that it's going to have to be a good paint job, though, so I can leave the door off if needed. :-(

My sympathies, though. Floods and stenches are rotten nasty things.
