If you have allergies, and your antihistamine isn't cutting it, take some anti-inflammatories. It'll probably help cool your immune system down so it doesn't keep pumping out histamines.
(The person I sat next to at the meeting last night must have a cuddly cat, because an hour after the meeting ended, I was losing my voice, itching like crazy and borderline wheezy. Even after taking two benadryl. I credit the aleve (working with the benadryl) more than the shower for easing everything up.)
