Oh lord, what did I just do?

Reminder: Never, ever, EVER let me near hair with scissors in my hand.

Just don't.

What made me think bangs (a fringe) would be a good idea?

At least bangs grow out fairly quickly. Right?

Yep, they do. I recommend getting some hair pins and pinning them back. That's what I did when I grew mine out.

It took a hard lesson for me to stop "trimming" my own hair. Coloring it too, for that matter.

Thing is, I've known I'm horrible with hair since I was about 8. Seriously. I cut one of my doll's hair, and had to give it over to my friend so she could make it look decent.

It was all in the pursuit of getting Babe to sit still for his hair cut. I carefully chose what hank of hair he could cut... (And at least I am not (directly) to blame for the disaster that is his hairstyle.) *sigh*

I like (and have) bangs. but you could always pin them back until they grow long enough again? piccy, please!
