The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Eigth Level of Hell - the Malebolge!
Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
LevelScore
Purgatory (Repenting Believers)Low
Level 1 - Limbo (Virtuous Non-Believers)Moderate
Level 2 (Lustful)Moderate
Level 3 (Gluttonous)Moderate
Level 4 (Prodigal and Avaricious)Low
Level 5 (Wrathful and Gloomy)High
Level 6 - The City of Dis (Heretics)Very Low
Level 7 (Violent)Moderate
Level 8- the Malebolge (Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers)High
Level 9 - Cocytus (Treacherous)Low

Take the Dante's Inferno Hell Test

I started my first ever batch of sauerkraut today (one head of cabbage doesn't make very much, does it?), and two types of kimchi - cabbage and cucumber. The cabbage is fermenting in two jars, while the cucumber is still awaiting that fate. I also made a beef roast (should be ready in a few minutes) and Ratatouille's ratatouille (because Page has been asking for it). (And may I say: never again. No matter how delicious it may be.)

That plus all the grocery shopping I needed to do, I have literally spent all day in food preparation. I am tired. And hungry.

Good things besides the anticipation of yummy food:

Page chose to stay for a second hour of karate today, and Geoff says he did really well today.

I have been able to do all the cooking that needed to be done.

Inspired by his game yesterday, I set up a miniature pseudo-scavenger hunt for Page to do when he got home from karate. He enjoyed it.

Had tuna mushy stuff with almond meal pancakes for lunch. Was yummy.

Ohp, roast's done.

ETA: Oh damn, that ratatouille was good. The easy version was nice, too, but the finicky, time consuming one really was fabulous. Perhaps I will be persuaded to make it again. On a yearly basis...

Sometimes there is a reason for a recipe being complicated, isn't there?

*sulks* I suppose so. :-D
