Soundtrack of my week
A couple years ago, a friend made a mixed CD for us. We recently rediscovered it and have left it in the CD player at Page's request. A few of the songs have grown on me quite a lot.
(I had to not watch the video, as Ah-Kyung Lee's facial expressions were a bit much.)
"Raow Raow" by The Polyamourous Affair seems unheard of on youtube (and the internet in general)...
As does "In These Shoes" by Arturo O'Farrill & Claudia Acuna. However, here's a (far) lesser version by Kirsty MacColl: (this is the song that's been making Geoff and me giggle like teenagers all week long. Claudia Acuna puts the accents in all the right places!)
Page now quotes "Beard Lust" at random. It's hysterical.

Isn't it great? The original is far, far superior. Acuna puts just the right emphasis on all the words, not to mention she can also sing better. When I rediscovered the song, I immediately thought of posting it and dedicating it to Shiv! The copycat will not do, however. ;-)
