What an absolutely inspired take on magical institutions- you've done a fantastic job of making the Ministry an empathetic, feeling entity without making it a cute or precious conceit. It just is, as if it would be a presumption to think you know it. Perhaps you meant for this to be much bigger (and I do hope you'll share what you wanted this to cross over with!), but this piece has legs as-is and leaves Percy in an ideal place for the events of Deathly Hallows, and the new course he chooses. Absolutely beautiful, particularly in the details like the black ink in his hair. I love it, and I'm absolutely thrilled that you wrote it for me! Thank you so much, you absolute darling!
