How do you make it so that the tags are listed to the side of the journal?

I have been, for the most part, SOOOO much happier these last few months. There are some indefinable (or private) things that have helped, but there are also a few very definable things that have helped tremendously.

1. Citalopram. An anti-depressant that actually works without suppressing all the moods. I still feel annoyed, I still feel sad, I still feel angry, but those aren't so overpowering anymore that I can't feel happy, joyous and generally good. I finally feel like myself.

2. Vitamin D. Seriously, I don't think the citalopram was working at its best until I started taking enough vitamin D. I've been taking the citalopram since, oh, May or so. I started taking the Vitamin D around July. I upped the Vitamin D (on doctor's orders) around September, and that's when I really started being cheerful rather than 'not depressed'. Heck, even my social anxiety has receeded! Perhaps not so much as to actually make phone calls, but enough that I can smile and joke and feel okay in public.

Vitamin D is really, really good stuff. And it's cheap. And quite safe. I highly recommend it to everyone.

3. Rainbows. We've got a couple of crystals in our south-facing window, and when I remember to open the blinds to let the sunshine in, the rainbows dance around the living room for a good half hour every morning. Of course, they don't show up on cloudy mornings, but, well, they're fun when they do show up, and that's all I can ask of them.

As I said before, there are other things that help as well, but these three have made me smile consistently. And smiling is so nice to do when it doesn't have to be forced.
