Allergies suck. I don't know what brought these on, either, as I've been outside and breathing just fine the last week or so. But today started off itchy and has gone downhill from there. I will be taking meds tonight.

You know, in writing this, I realized what the difference that is making my allergies flare: alcohol. I had a glass of reisling (one of my fav. wines) as I prepared dinner. Not enough to even get squiffy off of, but enough for my body to go into rebel mode.

Ach well. Now I know. No more alcohol for me. I'll have to stick to chocolate. :-)
