An excellent burger

6 small carrots (about 3/4 - 1 cup roughly chopped)
half a head of garlic
3/4 cup mushrooms (double handful of small whites)
1/2 - 3/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 lbs hamburger (I used 85% lean)
Use food processor to puree veggies and spices into a mush; mix in meat. Grill till cooked. (Would probably be fine cooked in oven on a rack above pan.)
Was most excellent with grilled zucchini/summer squash slices, steamed cauliflower and a simple salad.
