Harry Potter book: PoA. It's masterfully thought out, very imaginative and the characterizations are the richest of the series, I think.

Outside of HP: ...Well, I reread "Pride and Prejudice" most frequently because it is the ultimate snarky, feel-good romance. And Lizzy rocks.

"Change Your Brain, Change Your Life" by Dr. Daniel Amen is probably my favorite self-help book because he puts scientific data/proof behind certain new-age quacked theories that do help but were poo-pooed until recently.

... And it's a toss up between my Art History book or the (US) National Gallery book for favorite browsing/reference book. National Gallery has more pretty (and very good quality) pictures, but the history book has more information.

I don't know what my favorite children's book is, though I do have a soft spot for "Green Eggs and Ham" for the younger kids and "Charlotte's Web", "The Trumpet of the Swan" and "Hatchet" for older kids.

My reading background is actually pretty limited, though (compared to most of my friends), and I tend to reread rather than expand my horizons. =)
