start preparing the canvas for mural (at least iron, preferably put first coat of gesso on as well)

re-sanitize bathroom and all handle thingies in house
clean up Babe's room
take nap at some point
Babe and I were both ill last night, probably due to too much sun and wheat. However, I'm not burned to the point of being pink, so I guess it's possible that the bug Geoff was sick with earlier in the week was a separate bug from the one Dad, Babe and I were sick with a week ago, and then we got it. I don't know. All I know is that it might be getting through to Babe the necessity of washing hands. We've been explaining for a long while, but a few bouts of stomach ills are good illustrations to go with the explanations. :-(
On a semi-random note, I suppose it's good to be up at what other people would call a reasonable time in the morning. I just wish I could get to sleep at a reasonable time at night. This late to bed, early to rise is kicking my butt. If this goes on much longer, I will be getting either melatonin or 5-HTP to help out.
Anyway, I guess I'd better get started. On the plus side, getting moving will get me away from the sounds of Star Wars blasters coming from Babe's mouth.
ETA: Oh, but I should add, this is exactly how I feel.
