Babe is charming, but if I want him to stop acting like a baby, then I need to stop thinking of him as such. There is a certain power to names, after all.
Thanks to inspired thinking further down in the comments, I shall start off calling him Page, and hopefully he'll move up to Squire before long (though I believe 13 was the proper age... Or something).
Should you ever meet him, you will understand why I am enthralled with this particular sequence of sobriquets. ;-)
