That's how many words there are so far in my term paper. Not all that many, and not the final number, either, as I still have one point left to address, and I also have to figure out a way to put the last two points into the paper without it being a hatchet job, but still a respectable amount.
This one's been easier to write than last semester's horror. That one made me wonder if the prof had ever asked for a paper before, given the incredible number of disparate issues he wanted addressed. It was something like seven different points for a 2-3 page paper. Uh huh. I managed it in 5 pages.
So. I'm trying not to panic about how little time I have left to finish this paper and start the next, and how little time within that span is available to work on these papers, given that there's school, regular homework (with an extra long chapter to read from the horrible book), kid wrangling, food preparing and necessary errand running to do as well. Oh, and sleep. Can't forget sleep. Which is more than half the time gone right there.
I am so glad I watched that episode of Buffy tonight. Yep. That was an excellent idea.
*headdesk*
Right. I'm off to bed. Tomorrow will start bright and early (thanks to the end of daylight savings time, it will actually be bright out already), and I will get a move on right away. Yep. Even if that goes against not only my grain, but the very laws of nature. Because I'm cool like that. Yep. I am.
