Never had Yorkshire pudding. What's it like? Is it a dessert, or what?

No, it's savory, but... it's like... how do I describe it? It's light and poofy, but rich. Starchy and bready, but creamy. Like the best buttermilk biscuits crossed with sopapillas only made with eggs and beef drippings.

Beyond the deliciousness of the food, it's also fun to watch rising. It really is poofy. Like a souffle, only... not.

LOL.

Avery, love, all your art is wonderful, don't think of yourself as a "Sunday Painter." I'm more of a Sunday Singer than you'll ever be a Sunday Painter. I'm sorry I haven't read "Traitor" yet. Haven't been in a good mental space to read Snape as a true to god villain yet. Please, oh, please write more SS/HG (if you feel so inclined!)

Looking forward to spring....

Well, I'm only a Sunday painter right now because I don't have the time or energy to paint as much as would be needed to be professional. (Not to mention lack of sales, but that's a whole nother can of worms.)

Don't worry about not reading "Traitor"! It's one of those stories I would only read if I were strongly recommended to. But, I will say that Snape's loyalties are in question throughout the piece. But, if you're in a bad place right now, DON'T read it. It's ugly.

Oh, so am I! Ah, to see the crocus blooming, and waving in the happy daffodil. :-)
