Since everyone seems to be doing it... Yeah. 'Baa,' I say. 'Baa!'

Writer's Meme: Sometimes it's okay to pimp yourself out. Post a list of your top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.

1. 25 Dates. I just re-read it the other day, and I think it's really quite funny. Yes, Circe is a bit like Luxanna Troi, but then, she was supposed to be an overbearing, obnoxious (otherwise known as 'very confident') older woman.

2. She Married Her Choice. Yes, I'm still working on it so it isn't exactly 'written', but I recently re-read this one as well (trying to remember the details after so long is a drag, and I do want some consistency) and found it isn't nearly as bad as I thought. And, well, I think it's rather funny as well (even if most people think it's angst rather than dark, dark humor.)

3. Against the Wall. My first PWP... I'm glad I wrote both endings.

4. Miles and Miles. Yes, it's a songfic, and yes there's plenty wrong with it (I was only about halfway through Marry A Choice at that point, so I was still... erm, green) but I like it anyway. Even if it is a bit embarrassing.

5. A Letter By Snape. I like it, anyway, even if the meanies over at Ashwinder don't. ;P

If it weren't limited to fics, I would put Perry the Pusillanimous Spider in there somewhere, but seeing as that's both a poem and non-fiction...

It's my fave story by her. You can find it at the following link if you've not already found it. Very fun read. :)

I like both endsing to #3... I never thought I'd say that... usually I swing one way or the other. But I thought both ends fit perfectly well...

Thanks! I must say I like the darker one better, but at the same time, I'm prouder of the fluffy one, because it went against what I felt needed to happen, but I wrote it anyway because that's the type of ending Sun wanted.

Oh, I adored "25 Dates*! :D It was so very cute. Yeah, Circe did remind me of Luxanna Trois... that was exactly it, One of those things that tickle the memory and you're not sure. :D But still loved it!

And "She Married Her Choice" is probably one of my favourite WIPs that I'm waiting on. One of those things that makes me smile when I see that it's updated. Love, love, LOVE that story!

Thank you! I didn't realize I'd copied Luxanna until a reviedwer pointed it out to me and I went, "yeah, she is quite a lot like her, isn't she?"

It might be a while till the next update of SMHC... I've never been interested in trial dramas, and so this chapter is going to be a bear as I really do have to show at least part of the trial. But I do have a start on the next chapter, so that's something, right? Most of my time this week has gone to a Potter Place Prompt response. It's up to about 6500 words, and it looking like it's actually going to wrap up in a timely manner, unlike other unnamed pieces of mine.

I've never been one for much in the way of courtroom drama either. When I wrote Voice of Truth it was the one scene I was dreading... that's why I stuck Hermione out in the hallway during the court scene. LOL! Same with the inquiry for Slip... I made the time that Hermione actually had to be in the room as quick as possible and accomplished everything I could in the short period of time... otherwise I always think that people would fall asleep. ;)

Is your Potter Place fic angsty?? Tragic?? What pairing? You know, we've gotta keep an eye on your or you'll write some absolutely excellent story and then kill my 2 favourite characters. :P

Hmm... I suppose I could make the majority of it take place in the hall... no, won't work. Well... Yeah, I'll figure it out. There are only a few things that absolutely need to happen in the trial scene, and they don't necessarily need to take place during the trial...

LOL! I want it to be humor, and so far it is, I think. It's SS/HG, of course, and Snape sulks. Of course, he has reason to... *evil grin*

BTW: do you know anything about the Enneagram? I was just wondering, because I seem to be a lot wordier with you than most folks, so I'm wondering if you're a two... (Those are the Helpers) :-)
