You know, I'm getting really, really sick of the over- and misuse of the word "tragic." It's "upsetting". It's "sad". It's "painful". IT IS NOT BLOODY TRAGIC!!! (even if the supposedly "tragic" event is bloody.)

Read some Shakespeare or Euripides, you fuckwits.

We might also hand them a dictionary with the definition for "hyperbole" marked. That's another good Greek word that they ought to know the definition of, especially if people aren't taking them seriously because of it.
