For my records. Recipe of Geoff's dad's devising.


Lettuce
celery, sliced thinly
green peppers, chopped to smallish bite sized pieces
radishes, sliced thinly
red cabbage, chooped small
mushrooms, sliced
white beans
blue cheese, crumbled
hard boiled eggs, sliced
turkey, small diced

Toss together. Excellent with balsamic vineagrette.
