averygoodun42This one is the most miserable failure of a photo, in that it really doesn't capture how plastic the fern looked. Ach well.

This one is also a failure, because it doesn't capture how light and airy and... fairytale-esque this scene was. I will probably mess with the image a little more later to try and capture that quality. Or just paint it.
And finally, some soft looking grass...
There. My duty as a resident of New England is done for the time being. Although come sunny weather, I shall go picture hunting again. See if there are any leaves left after the rains.
But now I must go and feed a very hungry, very tired boy. Oh, and Geoff is going to get home tonight! After one, but still! He's actually coming home on time! Yay!
