May. 22nd, 2007 11:51 amSorry for that last (now disappeared) post. Am a bit better now. Haven't had much sleep lately and it's getting me down. That and other things which I won't get into.
Spring is here, though. My plants, mostly, seem to be thriving. Daisies haven't come up, though. But my lavendar survived, and my brunera is blooming, and even a hosta that I was sure was not going to survive the trampling it got (kids invading) is up and looking quite healthy! My hucheras (coral bells, although I don't think I've got a blooming variety) are nice, big and pruple, and it looks like the scabiosa (horrible name for such a pretty plant!) is doing fine as well. Although, it also looks like there are two different types of plant, rather than one. *shrugs* I'll see when (or if) it blooms. Probably next year.
I don't think those are daisy leaves... Certainly shouldn't be!
Today is beautiful, much like yesterday was, so I'm going to go work a bit on the patio. Even if it has to remain dirt topped, I want to finish this patio!
I'm still bummed, though. I'm hoping a bit of hard labor will cheer me up.
