Next place we buy must:
be near a body of water (preferably a large and moving body)
have an attic (no matter how small)
have a window in the bathroom(s)
have lots of natural light

Would be nice if:
it is a single family residence w/o home owner's assoc.
ceiling height is 8' or more
it has a nice view
its foundation is above the flood stage


To do today:
shower
go to bank
Chiropractor
refill scripts
dig out recycle bins
laundry...
vacuum (which follows that I must pick up first)
call Dr. about echo

Would be nice to:
get new faucet for bathroom
check out plywood for future cabinet doors (and price out cabinets)
write some more
paint
