I think I did something stupid. No, I know I did something stupid (again), and I hope that I'm misreading the situation.

So, even though this message is not specifically directed at any of you, if I've pissed you off recently or long ago, please forgive me. I am sorry.

Tight schedule tomorrow morning

8:15 - leave house to take Babe to school
8:30-ish - drop Babe off and leave
8:45-ish - arrive at polling place, assess line
9:00-ish - vote (or, if line is long, skip immediately to-)
9:30-ish - get to toy store to buy Babe's birthday presents (OMG! LAST CHANCE TO DO SO ALONE!)
10:10-ish - leave store
10:25-ish - get to doctor's office, check in
10:45-ish, leave doctor's office
11:00 - either go to polling place to vote or go home for breakfast
11:20 - leave to pick up Babe from school. And not be dead last in line.


I haven't yet met big lines at the polling place here, but then I've always gone at odd times. But, even if I have to take Babe with me (as I have done before) after he gets out of school, I will vote tomorrow. And I hope all of you American citizens out there will make the effort as well.
