Ho-ly shit!

I can breathe! Like, normally! Meaning both my lungs are fully expanding now! Without extra effort!

That crap in my chest area, including my heart, seems loads better, too. It literally feels like a burden has been lifted from my chest. I suspect that the chest pains aren't going to be coming back anytime soon, either.

I'm going to be coughing for a while as I clear all the crap out of my lung, and today's session was most definitely the most intense and uncomfortable (okay, painful) session, but...

I can breathe!

It's amazing finding out what is normal.
