Went to the doctor yesterday and, though bloodwork is fine, she said to diet as if I'm hypoglycemic (but I refuse to substitute fake sugars for real sweeteners. I'll just cut back again). Also, the echo is finally, finally scheduled for Wednesday morning.

I'm hypoglycemic, but I wasn't aware there was a specific diet? I tend to just eat proteins mostly, and sugar *only* if I have protein with it. And eat every two hours.
