Okay, I really, really, really need to write a to do list as I'm running really, really, really short of time till Christmas.

So, tomorrow:

Send out all the Christmas cards, and not just the ones that have been sitting addressed, stamped and ready to go in the car for the last FOUR days.

Build table for a/c box so as to have surface for Christmas tree.

Pick up Babe's bed. Hopefully u-haul will be open tomorrow...

Bake the fruit rocks. (They need at least a week to mellow and, ironically, get softer.)

Finish paneling, prime all pieces that need to be primed.

Finish the fucking shelves.

Figure out furniture arrangement in living room

Paint what's been primed

Install baseboard we have where needed.

Get more baseboard for living room. Install.

Find a small baseboard register. You'd think it wouldn't be that difficult, would you?

While I'm at it, try to find a baseboard air-intake register. Not hopeful on that front.

Deal with whatever messes Babe deals throughout the day. Yuck.

Bring out the tree.

I haven't even WRITTEN my Xmas cards. I can't believe that Xmas is pretty much a WEEK away. How did that happen?

I haven't sent any Christmas cards in two years, so... I kept getting cards with good intentions, but it just never happened.

For some reason it hasn't felt Christmassy this year. Even all of Geoff's relatives are strangely slow getting into the season, and they're usually pretty good about getting lists and stuff out by the beginning of November.
