Artichoke Hearts
Mar. 5th, 2009 06:51 pmI have a big (BIG) jar of marinated artichoke hearts which I got for my Boxing Day party, and never did anything with because, well, yeah.
Anyway, I've been eying them all day today and have developed a real hankering for something with artichoke hearts in it, but was looking for suggestions.
Have any recipes, or even just ideas? That don't take a lot of time and/or effort?
I have only the vague beginnings of a salad recipe lurking in my mind involving the hearts, lettuce, white beans and... ?
Or maybe a pasta topper involving the hearts, beans and... tomatoes, I suppose, which would not thrill Geoff one bit (he loathes tomatoes unless they are processed out of recognition).
Oh, and I don't have any mushrooms at the moment, which just about every recipe I've looked up has included. In the title.
Anyway, if you have any ideas, please share!
