Oh PRETTY! I miss flowering trees like that. Our citrus trees and a few other trees bloom out here but they are not so impressive. It's trees like that which make me miss Texas.
Spring and fall are both gorgeous around here. Summer is hot and muggy, but pretty enough if you're driving with air conditioning. ;-)
Oh yeah. I forgot you're not IN Texas. So springtime in Texas is beautiful, too? I'll have to go out there some... what month is best, flower-wise? I always think of Texas as barren and dry, seeing as the only part of it I've been to was in the panhandle region. I really do need to rid myself of that prejudice.
Thanks! And NO, they aren't all in my yard! These are taken all around town. It was nice that I was able to stay within town, though, considering this is not the most picturesque of towns. (NH is full of picturesque towns. This just ain't one of them.)
Oh, wow. Spring is definitely there! I just saw my first very shy cherry blooms yesterday - most of the large tree was still all closed buds, but on the sunny side, there was a handful of open blooms.
Lovely pictures. I like the lighter pink ones in particular - so tender!
Yes! Summer is already on its way, in fact. I just went out to take pics of the apple trees, and they're mostly done, unfortunately. :-( Actually, most of the tree blooms are over now. But it was glorious while it lasted.
