So, I did a picture with Snape and Ginny in it. You can find it here if you're curious.
So, I'm not sure, but I may have had a relatively mild (not completely incapacitating), all-day panic attack today. Either that or my torso just decided it was a good day to seize up. It sucked. Especially as I know the cause and the cause is not going to be going away without confronting, so it's likely there will be more panic attacks in the near future.
Bleh.
On the good side, a hefty dose of pain pills knocked it out with the side effect of a pleasant floating sensation, much like being tipsy. So that's okay.
On the bad side, being at the computer and simply thinking about the cause (yes, there is a connection between the two) is making my chest hurt.
This week is not going to be fun. But, with hard work, it should only be one week of this shit, and that would be better than good.
And, you know, if it forces me to get outside and put my hands in the soil (I weeded a third of my backyard "garden" to try and relieve the symptoms when they got too bothersome), all the better. If I can get the bed completely weeded this week, I'll plant squash and some decorative vegetable (lettuce or cauliflower, or even kale) as a reward. The ground is too rocky for carrots, unfortunately.
But now I have to go watch the last episode of Medium with Geoff. Have a good night, ya'll!
