The weekend has caught up

averygoodun42I'm suffering the vague oogies right now. They make me feel very internal without actually making me throw up or get otherwise noticeable symptoms. Besides the crankiness, that is.
I had hoped that getting 13+ hours of sleep Sunday night was just catch-up sleep, not getting-sick sleep. :-(
At least Babe is feeling better. Only one dose of pain meds in the last 24 hours. I think. And Geoff is rested, too.
Unfortunately, today is going to be a loss for me. Ach well. At least I have new books to read. For my birthday present (which I thought had been the weekend away), Geoff got me "Tales of Beedle the Bard", "Spring-Heeled Jack" by Philip Pullman and a copy of P&P that isn't falling apart. Yay! I think today is going to be the kids' books day.
