We came home from our meeting tonight to find the babysitter on the couch with her laptop (finishing up a 4,000 word English essay) and Babe nowhere in sight. We ask where he might be. We are told he is in bed. Asleep.

I check, and sure enough, that is the truth.

He got himself ready and fell asleep before she even came up to tuck him in!

Of course this means that he is getting sick...

Crap. Just heard a seal cough from his room. Definitely getting sick. Poor boy.

Poor baby, indeed! He was whimpering all of yesterday, the poor boy. Fotrunatley (let's try that again, shall we?) Fortunately, he seems to be downright chipper today! Yay!
