What’s one of the strangest things that has ever happened to you?
Um... when I was completely fed up with the rain keeping my friends away, I waved my "magic wand" (a longish cylindrical block), said a few magical sounding words, and then the rain stopped. Like that *snaps fingers* (I hadn't yet learned the word "coincidence." Or "hubris," for that matter.)
What kind of magazines do you read?
Us Weekly (Crossed out because I actively don't read it, even though it invades our house on a weekly basis.) I don't read magazines, though I'll browse through Real Simple or Fine Woodworking at the stores.
If you could see one band in concert right now, any band, dead or alive, which would it be?
Peter Gabriel or Pink Floyd. It would be a toss-up. Ohhh, although the Billy Joel/Elton John concert my minister was telling me about is also a contender! Three sided die time!
If you could have one super power, what would it be?
Health. I would love to heal people through and through.
Name one odd item within five feet of you.
a loaded die. (and a separate die made of lead shot)
What’s your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
HP, I guess.
Where would you like to go right now if you had enough money?
Bed. (It's late!) In the morning, I would go down to NYC, stay at the Plaza and generally see NY in style.
What are you most excited for?
Um... moving to Canada? If it ever happens? Or real health care reform, but that isn't going to happen. Not for another fifty years or so.

(I paid the babysitter, but I didn't buy her, so) groceries.

autumn!
Does the weather affect your mood?
Yes, though it's a crap shoot on how it'll affect me (except humid heat always makes me cross)

Throwing Mother Goose (a stuffed animal) into the fireplace, thinking, "If she can fly, so can I," and promptly launching myself into the brick hearth. I was 10 months old.
