Oatmeal (rolled oats, not quick, and cooked sloooowly), spoonful of coconut oil, two dashes of ground coriander, four dashes of cinnamon, a teaspoon of maple syrup and a splash of milk.
That is the best tasting breakfast I've had in a long time.
