Or, you could make it yourself. They showed how to do it on The Carol Duvall Show, so the directions can be found at HGTV.com
(Though I don't think I could do that to a book. I bought a book for a buck at Goodwill over a year ago with plans to try making an altered book, and still haven't had the nerve (or time) to touch it.)
