Art project of doom

Is small. Really, quite small. Total size shown in the 'mat' is about... 6"x8"
Small.
And it took me damn near two weeks and who knows how many hours. I am NOT doing this kind of collage ever, ever again.
*sighs*
I don't even really like it!
However, I will say it looks better in person than it does in photograph.
If anyone wants it, I will gladly send it to them after I've figured out a way to photograph it properly. (After that much time spent, I should at least document it for posterity/portfolio.)
Anyway, here it is:

What it was originally (which Geoff liked better):

My artistic ego has taken a hit with this project, so next project will be a sunset painting. At least I know I can do those.
I will say, however, that this project did open me up a bit in the ways of artistic courage. Like the curtains? They're made of this absolutely beautiful rice paper that I tore up for this. And, because I didn't think the forced perspective muntins were working, I sliced out the panes. And... It was play. And it forced me to think outside of my tiny little box if I wanted to persevere.
I guess that's the nice thing about not liking something that's taken so much time: there's no qualms about possibly destroying it.
Anyway, I am totally serious about giving it away. It's not matted as the picture shows, but I'd even be willing to do that for you.
Just please, take it away!!!
ETA: Note: It is possible that I'm still not finished with it. The curtains might be removed. The panes might kind of go back in the muntins. The curtains (or just one) might be added to the muntins... I don't know. All I know for sure is that I need to move on very, very soon.
Very. Soon.
I will go mad, otherwise.
