Yep, I'm in the midst of the cut or not-to-cut quandry myself.
I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that when I started growing it out my impetous was two-fold:
1. Because long hair is cheaper to maintain
2. Because the reptile brain in me thought I might want to have long hair if I was ever going to be a bride. It was 2007, I was in love, what can I say?
Now I am considering canceling my hair appt in a few weeks time because my car needs an oil change and they cost about the same. I have not missed a hair appointment in the five years since I returned from NYC. Let's just say, while I'll make it through March, the cash flow problem is seriously in need of a solution.
