Help with a memory boost?

Sorry to be so vague (this is my memory, though), but somewhat recently someone posted something, and in response someone else posted a link to the funniest picture of a basset hound shaking I've ever seen.

Does that sound familiar to anyone? If so, can you remember the link and, maybe, provide it?

There was a cute picture on the news tonight of a golden lab puppy shaking its head, ears flopping all over, that reminded me of that most awesome capturing of flapping dog flesh.
