progress and a poll

13,000 words so far. I'm damn close to finished the rough draft, but I really think this needs to be two chapters instead of two parts of one. It's too long!

Snape is pretty wildly OOC in one part of the chapter, but he does have good reason... I hope I don't have to rewrite that scene. I like it.

Well, if I do, I'll post it here once the chapter is up.
