Jul. 18th, 2010 10:18 amIt looks like a bed bug got me. I seriously doubt that's the case, but the line of mosquito bites up my leg are all in a line. Well, two lines, actually. Four bites up and then turned an imaginary corner and bit a couple more times. I guess that the bites might line up with the slit in the skirt I was wearing...
Anyway, I am itchy today. Really, really itchy. If the vitamin C I just took (4 grams) doesn't cut down enough on the itches and histamine response in the next hour or so, I'll be taking a benadryl.
And Babe and Geoff are off for the morning, having gone to church and the park. Yay! And Geoff is off work this week, so I'll have more chances for escape! Yay!
I really should put together a to-do list of stuff that needs to happen while Geoff is here (resume work, career imaging, vacuuming the stairs, etc.) but I think that can wait till later in the day.
I hope I can work in a nap at some point today. Five hours sleep just isn't enough.
Oh, and just an oddity: if you ever want to make slime, boil 1 tbsp whole flaxseeds in 2.5 cups of water for five minutes, then let it steep for another 10. That's the recipe for flaxseed "tea" I used last night to help with a gas/gallbladder attack and it did help. BUT. Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww. (It didn't taste bad, just, well, ew.)
