Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Sorry for the yelling, but OMG! So far this is one of the best birthdays I've had in a long time.

Heeeheeeheee!

FIrst

• someone sent me a really adorable e-card that cheered me up so much yesterday. Thank you kindly, dearheart!

Then

• some wonderful person nominated "She Married Her Choice" for two categories! How awesome a birthday present is that?

Also

• lots of wonderful people have wished me happy birthday (making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside).

In addition

• I also managed to finish and submit the sshg_exchange piece today.  *phew*  I'm even reasonably happy with it. :-)

On top of that

• I found out that my neighbor is willing to babysit Babe tonight so that DH and I can go out! Woohoo!

• As long as the thunderstorm that's brewing doesn't cut out our power, I may even be able to finish the rough draft of my eliterature piece! (Seeing as I'm overdue, both in critiquing and submitting, this is really cool.)

AND

• Babe is actually taking a decent nap today. It's been days since that's happened.

Now, as long as DH gets home in time for me to take a decent length shower, the day will be a very good one indeed!

*bounces off*

Oh!  And shame on me for not mentioning it before, but not only have I been nominated for a multifacet, but so have bunches of my favorite authors for my favorite stories!  How cool is that?  Way to go (in no particular order): GinnyW, Subversa, Wartcap, Plaidpooka, Larilee, Nyx, Keladry Lupin, and one of my favorite mods, notsosaintly!  You gals rock!
