SMHC Update!

I wanted to wait until it was up at Ashwinder, too, but I'm too impatient.

So, I am pleased to say that chapter 9 of She Married Her Choice is up at The Petulant Poetess! Even better news, I just shipped off chapter 10 to the beta. Bad news is that chapter 10 doesn't have any Severus in it, besides his name being mentioned a couple of times. :-(


Chapter IX Summary: Hermione gets her wish when she and Severus have a little chat, but is that a good thing?

I, like Hermione, was a little weirded out by relaxed!Severus. Though it should be interesting when they talk later on. Good chapter!

Interesting is a good way to describe it, yeah... A bit more is going to happen before they can really dig into their issues, but it's coming up pretty quick. (Another two or three chapters.)

Relaxed!Severus was strangely creepy. I'd often wondered how he'd be without his wall of wit that protected him. I don't blame Hermoine for being weirded out. It should be interesting to see what happens later on with them.

Poor Hermoine, is she ever going to have it better? Glad Lucius is getting his comeuppance. He was acting no better than his son at the end of his chapter.

Enjoyed! Can't wait until the next chapter...even if Snape's not in it...
