I have mixed feelings about this being my parents' last day here. I will be ecstatic to get my house back to myself (it's been 10 weeks), but... I am going to miss them a whole hell of a lot.

Life is so much easier when your best friend is nearby, ya know?

But, I AM looking forward to having my house, and my family, to myself again. And I know my mum will be ecstatic to be in her home again. We both are rather home-centric creatures.

Anyway, I should go spend a bit of time with them now. Seeing as it is their last day.

Sigh... if only they lived closer. It was wonderful to have them come out for your health and help take care of you. Yay, Mom and Dad!
