Date night...

So DH and I are going out on a date in a few hours. um...

Did anyone see Pirates? What did you think? Worth the time/money? I loved the first one, but the reviews have been not so kind on this one. Should we go see it with low expectations?

No, it's good. We enjoyed it. The ending leaves a little to be desired, but it's a TBC type thing. So, it will be fixed in the next!

Thanks for the reply! I would have seen it anyway, but I was hoping I wouldn't have to lower my expectations drastically.

It seems possible that the third could be loads of fun, they've put enough set-up into this one. *shrug* Don't know, but I can hope.

We enjoyed it - Be warned, it's the Empire Strikes Back part of the series.

I enjoyed it, too. But I wouldn't say it was the Empire part, except for the cliffhanger ending, of course. Empire was superior to the others in almost every respect, whereas this one was fun, but actually not as much fun as the first. I am looking forward to the last bit, though! Hee hee!
