Good morning!

This morning I am actually feeling excited about the con, rather than just approaching it with vague and conflicting feelings of anticipation and dread. Now I am definitely getting into a twitter about it. (But not tweeting, because I don't tweet.)
That lift of spirits is probably due to three things:
1. I think I actually got enough sleep and rest this weekend. Besides my four hour crash-of-a-nap on Saturday, I managed to escape doing any work throughout the weekend (except one trip to the store for con provisions). Yes, that's led to a messy house, but honestly, I think I needed it.
2. Page is at camp. He's all signed up and all's good. That means I get EIGHT hours all to myself for three days. That is a fabulous, wondrous, beautiful thing.
3. I received an email containing the potential for good news regarding the roommate situation. We still need to hear back from the other person in the pair, but if she gives the go ahead, then we have all four beds covered! Yayayayayay! I'm not counting chickens yet, but I'm a lot more hopeful than I was yesterday.
So anyway, even though it's a lot grayer and rainier today than yesterday, everything looks so much brighter.
Bright enough, in fact, that I can work out my to do list and get started (actually, I already have started, as the yogurt process has begun).
I hope all of you are having a nice Monday... oxymoron that that is. :-)
