The Supreme court needs to have their heads removed from their rears. And their rears handed to them.

Corporations are people, and police can enter warrant-less. Yeah. That's what the founders had in mind, I'm sure.

Damn brain fart. I knew it was a nasty f-word. (And I also knew it wasn't quite right...)

However, that is where we'll end up if things continue apace.

That's okay, feudalism is about right too.

And yes we'll be there soon if this isn't stopped. There are recall elections scheduled in my state to try to rebalance the power in state gov't and take some of the air out of fundamental tea-partiers on the national level.
