From the news: Flying bear kills two Canadians in freak accident.

It's a bit misleading, but I suppose I'll give them points for trying.


The other headline(r) was Page! He and his kindergarten class performed their little play this morning. Page was one of the leads, which I think was a very smart decision on the part of the teachers. It a) gave him something to do the entire time, so he didn't become a disruption, and b) they knew he'd have no problem memorizing the lines.

And I am very pleased (and relieved) that Page didn't stick his finger up his nose once during the play! YAAAAAAY!!!

Really, it was all very cute. And very, very warm. I think the room was 90 F already (it was in the 70's outside). Considering the heat, everyone did fabulously. Take away the heat, and they did wonderfully!

So, I wonder if Page's acting out will decrease now. I'm still not sure what's the root of that, though I'm pretty sure it is anxiety. Whether the anxiety was to do with the play, or is linked more closely to me and my health, I'm not sure. He said he wasn't nervous, and certainly didn't act it, so... *shrug*

Anyway, need to open my document and write now. It's the only chance I'll have for the day, and I want to get this chapter finished!

Wise decision indeed, since it was school but probably didn't come to him withou at least a bit of effort. And I suppose he had fun, too. So that was probably a very good thing.
