Questions from
pokeystar
1. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Victoria, BC. Or Wellington, NZ. Or possibly Hobart, Tasmania, though I haven't actually been there, so I don't know. Someplace smallish, temperate, green and hilly (preferably mountainous) on the ocean. If I were wealthy, I'd love to live in Evanston, Illinois, as Lake Michigan is big enough to count as an ocean. (Yes, I know it isn't temperate at all, but it's beautiful enough to be worth it.)
2. Which would you give up first: books or art? Why?
Probably books, though it would be a really tough call. Books don't make me satisfied the way painting does, though. Painting, when it goes well, is damn near orgasmic, at least on a spiritual level, while books don't give me such deep gratification. (I really need to paint more.)
3. What is your favorite time of day?
Sunset. I'm a sucker for pretty colors.
4. If you had to order a hit on someone to save your child's life, who would it be and why?
Dick Cheney. Because it would help the entire world, not just my son. Besides, you know he'd be behind the coercion somehow... ;-)
5. What word do you hate?
Should. It's a horrible, debilitating word used to control.
