To dos and stuff

Well. Know the expression "race to the red?" Where you hurry up to wait? Well, that's life around here at the moment.

Geoff and I walked Page to school this morning (his bus privilege has been revoked by us until his behavior improves) and visited the office to make an appointment with the school guidance counselor. He'll be getting back to us at some point, though whether that's today or this week, I have no idea. I just hope that in the meantime, Page will behave.

Then I had school. Which included a very happy thing! Last Monday, I left my flash drive in one of the college's computers. I remembered on Wednesday, but by then it was gone. I wasn't surprised, though I was a bit disappointed. Thursday afternoon, I received a call from someone at the school saying they had found it! I picked it up today, and sure enough, there it was. Considering the drive is empty except for a couple accounting assignments, I am incredibly pleased that it got handed in!

In other news, I need to read things more thoroughly. I've been missing important details left and right, it seems. Bother. Fortunately, these slips aren't going to get anyone killed, which is, of course, one reason I am not going into nursing.

(Oh, that reminds me... Need to write out the thank you letter to the hospital nurses. And yes, I do realize that the majority of them who cared for me are probably no longer there.)

This weekend was rough. I'm exhausted from it. However, I have a test tomorrow, and judging by today's lab experience, I really need to study for it. So I guess I will go do that. After I write out my to do list, that is.

- phone S about DR; est. BD expenses
- email group?
- homework - acct. revision; lex stuff; mgmt articles; skim ch 8 if time
- pick up Page
- return borrowed clothes
- photo princess' face and forward to M for approval
- write thank you note
